Sonyʼs medical grade UP-27MD Color Printer is the ideal choice for Ultrasound, Cardiology, and Endoscopy applications. Thanks to a compact design, UP-27MD fits easily into space-constrained environments, and can be rack-mounted, alongside other equipment, on medical carts. Its useful front operation and User-friendly LCD display with the white backlight provide better visibility for intuitive operation. The UP-27MD has a stylish compact design that ﬁts into smaller spaces. The dimensions are approximately 212 (W) x 98 (H) x 398 (D) mm (8 3/8 x 3 7/8 x 15 3/4 inches). The UP-27MD is equipped with an automatic feed roller cleaning function which reduces the need for periodical manual cleaning. The paper feed roller is cleaned for a few seconds whenever the last sheet of paper in the paper tray is printed out. After this, the paper tray is automatically pushed out, notifying the user that the paper has run out. HD-SDI, SD-SDI and 3G-SDI inputs and outputs are available for smooth transmission of large video signals up to full HD 1080p resolution with less noise. The front-loading operation makes it easy to replace paper and ribbon and allows the UP-27MD to be installed in even tight spaces. This useful design feature also allows you to use the printer on-cart. Using the large front LCD display, users can conveniently operate settings and color adjustment. The white back light provides better visibility for intuitive operation. Not only texts, but icons are clearly displayed. This display also shows error messages and the print media type, making it easy for users to quickly check and confirm this information. Incorporating Sony's dye sublimation printing technology, the UP-27MD produces photorealistic quality prints. With the UPC-21L, over Full HD picture quality* can be realized.
